Position Overview:
We are currently seeking Master 's-level Clinicians to join our growing outpatient mental health team. In this role, you will provide therapy and support services to a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Key Responsibilities- Facilitate individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions under the supervision of licensed mental health professionals Implement treatment plans and interventions in accordance with clinical standards and agency protocols Conduct assessments and monitor client progress throughout the course of treatment Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation support as needed Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and agency policies Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including case managers, primary care providers, and external community partners Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive therapeutic environment Required Qualifications- Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field Familiarity with diverse populations, including pediatrics, special education, and underserved communities Strong understanding of clinical documentation, treatment planning, and confidentiality protocols Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Schedule:
Weekday afternoons and evenings Some weekend availability as needed
