Job Description
Behavioral Health Counselor (BHC) π Natick, MA Provide Compassionate Support in a Community-Based Behavioral Health Setting A dedicated behavioral health program is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Behavioral Health Counselor (BHC) to provide therapeutic and community support services to clients with primary mental health needs. This role is ideal for someone who is person-centered, patient, and passionate about helping individuals achieve stability and independence.

Position Summary The BHC/LPC delivers monitoring, therapeutic interventions, and community support services. This position requires a working knowledge of mental health diagnoses, symptomology, psychotropic medications, and supportive counseling techniques. Services are delivered in a person-centered, community-based setting with periodic clinical supervision. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field (required) New graduates: internship with supervised direct client contactOtherwise:
