Responsibilities:
Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapy and counseling to clients in a compassionate, professional manner Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with regulatory standards
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
REQUIRED
Licensure as a Master Level Clinician (LMHC, LICSW, or equivalent) Strong clinical and interpersonal skills Experience in addiction, mental health, or recovery services preferred
