Job Description

Weekdays, 1st Shift! Licensure-status drives rate. Essential Job Functions Adheres to all applicable state and federal regulations; ensures compliance with the organization's policies and procedures, code of conduct, and all applicable regulatory requirements. Completes a comprehensive and age-appropriate behavioral health assessment and treatment plan Delivers intensive family therapy on an outreach basis as part of the FIT team. Assesses safety needs, develops safety plans and monitors safety on an ongoing basis. Monitors progress on attainment of treatment plan goals and objectives. Provides coaching and support in decision making to the youth/family. Coordinates and communicates with all collaterals. Maintains contact with the family 3-5 times per week. Offers and delivers services in the home, community, schools, day care, foster homes, and other community settings. Completes all required documentation in accordance with agency policy and performance specifications. Qualifications, Experience and Education Master's degree that is license eligible with an Allied Mental Health (LMHC) or Social Work (LCSW, LICSW) licensure board and that contains a scope of practice to provide behavioral health interventions to youth and families. Must obtain licensure within 6 months of eligibility date. One year experience working with children, adolescents, and families. Crisis intervention training preferred. Basic knowledge and experience with diagnostic and treatment procedures. Ability to work mandatory on call rotation. Basic knowledge of community mental health systems and community resources. Excellent oral and presentation skills Ability to delegate effectively. Strong knowledge of computers. Ability to respond to program scheduling needs on a flexible basis. Valid US driver's license. Ability to use personal insured automobile.
