Individual therapy Outpatient Cultural diversity counseling Full Job Description Residential SUD and Outpatient Behavioral Health Gándara Center is seeking independently licensed clinicians for multiple behavioral health openings. Current needs include two clinicians with substance use disorder experience for residential care and one clinician with outpatient experience for outpatient-level care . This is a strong opportunity for clinicians who want to provide meaningful, direct care in a mission-driven organization serving diverse communities across Massachusetts. What you will do Provide direct clinical services to clients in either a residential SUD or outpatient behavioral health setting. Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other required documentation. Facilitate individual and/or group therapy as appropriate. Support clients with substance use, behavioral health, and co-occurring needs. Collaborate with care teams to ensure clinically sound and culturally responsive treatment. I, or LMFT . Experience in substance use disorder treatment, residential care, outpatient behavioral health, or co-occurring treatment .
