Addiction Counselor

Job description Substance Abuse Treatment and Recovery Program Baltimore, Maryland Glenwood Life Counseling Center , a progressive, CARF certified, non-profit, medication-assisted treatment and recovery program is seeking full or part time addictions counselors to provide group and individual counseling and case management services to opiate-addicted adults. Requirements The ideal candidate will have: Experience working with substance use disorder. A minimum of an AA degree (BA preferred) in mental health, psychology, addictions, social work, or related behavioral health field. A "trainee status "(or eligible to apply for it) in addictions or a CSC/ CAC. or A master's degree and a license in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field. (Candidates without a license may be eligible to apply for a "trainee status".) Beginning full time salary range:

$43,000- $48,000 + bonuses.
