The Logistics Well Marriage Center Couples Therapists must be clinically licensed in Maryland (LCSW-C, LCPC, LMFT, PsyD/PhD), have a preferred minimum of 10 years of clinical experience post-grad school, and should have an eclectic/diverse "toolbox" of approaches, methods, and interventions for helping individuals and couples. This position will have a minimum 4 days of in-office availability and either 2 evenings (5pm, 6pm and 7pm blocks of time) or weekend availability. We also have virtual clients but in-person is the current demand. This is a W2, commission-based, pay structure which allows us to pay therapists more and also keep the tax structure simple. We are not an agency! Here are even more advantages we offer: An Intake Coordinator who handles all incoming leads and fills up your schedule (we handle the tire-kickers). An Operations Coordinator who supports every professional and logistical need that you have. A Digital Marketing Coordinator whose job is to drive marketing and leads and make you successful! We pay for you to go through the best one-year couples training program we've found and provide support the entire way through. All private-pay clients! No hassling with insurance companies for reimbursement. Higher functioning clients with minimal Axis 2 disorders. Not a position that requires a lot of paperwork. We keep things streamlined. 401K contribution from employer and continuing education financial support. We have a team of 30+ outstanding therapists (This team is the best perk!) You can do well here! This will feel like a private practice in many ways. Full Time or Part Time - we'll consider either.
