Per HR Description:
- This position involves planning and conducting therapeutic activities for individuals and groups.
- The role requires significant understanding of behavioral health programs and client progression through treatment systems.
- Located in Crownsville, MD, this contract role demands a flexible schedule with occasional evening and weekend shifts.
Requirements:
- Minimum Alcohol and Drug Trainee certification (ADT) through the Maryland Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists.
- Experience in managing caseloads in accordance with state regulations.
- Proficiency in completing screenings, intakes, and clinical assessments.
- Ability to provide various counseling sessions based on treatment plans.
- Experience in monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans.
- Competence in maintaining accurate electronic documentation.
- Availability for one evening shift per week and two rotating weekends as needed.
Qualifications:
- CSC-AD, CAC-AD, LGADC, LGPC, LCPC, LCADC, or
LICSW/LCSW
preferred.- Experience in the Human Services field.
- Valid professional license and required certifications.
- Experience with justice-involved clients is a plus.
