Role Overview Schedule:
1 day a week within Monday to Friday, position can grow to full-time Provide patient care in a skilled nursing facility by conducting rounds in their short-term units Conduct documentation at home with provided iPad laptop within 48 hours of seeing patient Key Responsibilities Provide initial consults and follow ups with patients for therapy needs Requirements Hold a valid full
LPC, LMHC, LMFT
License (LPC-A not accepted) Experience in healthcare or long-term care is preferred but not required Compensation is fee for service (FFS); expected compensation is estimated range of $38 to $45 hourly; this part-time role is not benefits eligible Ready to make a difference? Apply now!
