Conducting assessments, treatment plans, and therapeutic interventions to help clients achieve recovery goals. The Substance Abuse/Mental Health Counselor will work collaboratively with clients, families, and other professionals to promote healing and wellness. Responsibilities Assessments and diagnostic evaluations Individualized treatment plans Individual and group therapy sessions Documentation with regulatory standards
Experience Preferred:
Substance abuse and/or mental health diagnoses. Crisis management and behavioral therapy techniques is essential. Experience in addiction/mental health counseling or working with individuals facing substance use challenges is highly desirable.
