We are seeking a skilled Licensed

LCPC / LCPC

to provide therapeutic services primarily through telehealth. This role involves weekly meetings with assigned consumers and delivering a variety of therapeutic interventions tailored to individual needs. Candidates with outpatient setting experience are preferred. To work with a highly experienced and tenured team of professionals. Responsibilities:

Conduct individual, family, couples, and group therapy sessions. Collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans for each consumer. Perform comprehensive screening, assessment, care planning, and coordination. Engage in practice-based learning and quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.

Core Competencies:

Strong interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively and as part of a team. Proficiency in screening, assessment, and intervention techniques. Experience in care planning and coordination.

Position Requirements:

Master's degree in social work from an accredited institution. Licensed in Maryland. Competence in conducting telehealth sessions and maintaining client confidentiality.
