Job Title:

Employment Type:
1099 Contract REMOTE.
Hourly Rate:
$55.00 to $60.00
Hourly Schedule:
Flexible hours with availability for evenings, days, and weekends 10 to 15 hours per week.

Telehealth Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Licensed
LCPC / LCPC
to provide therapeutic services primarily through telehealth. This role involves weekly meetings with assigned consumers and delivering a variety of therapeutic interventions tailored to individual needs. Candidates with outpatient setting experience are preferred. To work with a highly experienced and tenured team of professionals. The organization prides itself on staying ahead of technological advancements, equipping each therapist with innovative tools and resources to perform their roles more effectively and deliver the highest quality of care.
Responsibilities:
Conduct individual, family, couples, and group therapy sessions. Collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans for each consumer. Perform comprehensive screening, assessment, care planning, and coordination. Engage in practice-based learning and quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
Core Competencies:
Strong interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively and as part of a team. Proficiency in screening, assessment, and intervention techniques. Experience in care planning and coordination.
Position Requirements:
Master's degree in social work from an accredited institution. Licensed in Maryland. Competence in conducting telehealth sessions and maintaining client confidentiality.
