Telehealth Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled LicensedLCPC / LCPC
to provide therapeutic services primarily through telehealth. This role involves weekly meetings with assigned consumers and delivering a variety of therapeutic interventions tailored to individual needs. Candidates with outpatient setting experience are preferred. To work with a highly experienced and tenured team of professionals. Conduct individual, family, couples, and group therapy sessions. Collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans for each consumer. Perform comprehensive screening, assessment, care planning, and coordination. Engage in practice-based learning and quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.Core Competencies:
Strong interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively and as part of a team. Proficiency in screening, assessment, and intervention techniques. Experience in care planning and coordination.Position Requirements:
Master's degree in social work from an accredited institution. Licensed in Maryland. Competence in conducting telehealth sessions and maintaining client confidentiality.
