Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist or Licensed Counselor to join our team! This is an opportunity to work as part of a dynamic multi-disciplinary team, providing services to a broad spectrum of clients.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues Provide diagnostic assessments, therapy, and counseling and support services for a mixed caseload including adults, adolescents, and families experiencing mental health issues, communication challenges, or family conflict. Evaluate clients' mental condition based on review of client information, interviews, observation, tests, and collaboration with other staff members to perform clinical assessments and develop treatment plans. Offer assistance to individuals with substance abuse issues Provide prevention-oriented therapy Implement and review treatment plans Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies Ensure all documentation and billing is completed in a timely manner
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Social Work or Psychology. Independent licensure as a LMFT, LICSW, LCSW-C, LPCC, LCPAT and the ability to supervise. Must be able to bill Medicare as a rendering provider Prefer previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields Familiarity with community mental health resources Excellent written and verbal communications skills Ability to easily build rapport with clients Strong leadership qualities
