Residential Counselor - Awake Overnight

NFI North Bridge Crossing is a residential treatment program for latency aged children in need of a highly structured and therapeutic environment. This program is seeking applicants for our full time, awake overnight Direct Care Counselors. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and documentation skills are necessary; ability to assume and delegate responsibilities and perform light tasks required. Candidates should have the ability to multitask, have robust nurturing skills, great listening skills and the ability to teach basic daily living skills.
