Job Description

Who we are We are a growing and innovative substance use and mental health agency. We use a multi phase treatment approach that makes sense to people accessing treatment. We are a team that communicates well, supports training and supervision. Responsibilities Group facilitation Intensive Outpatient Program facilitation Individual counseling Treatment planning Documentation Participation in individual and group supervision Communication with medical providers, colleagues in the agency, and the community Case management Participation in staff meeting Ideal candidate Open minded about treatment and recovery Effective communicator Strong leadership skills Understands the landscape of the treatment community in the Lewiston Auburn area Unbreakable boundaries Highly organized Invested in the positive treatment outcome of the people we work with Understands and uses recovery messaging Qualifications 2+ years experience with substance abuse; mental or behavioral health; or social work. Specifically, experience facilitating group counseling Knowledge of social services and other resources in the community An active license to practice as a counselor in
Maine:
CADC or
LADC, LCSW, LCPC
High degree of comfort working with technology, including electronic health records Bachelor's degree, Master's level preferred.
Preferred but not required:
Experience working with opiate use disorder Experience working in a Medication Assisted Treatment environment
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per hour
