Job Description

Clinic Location(s): Ann Arbor, MI Job description Therapeutics is an innovative opioid recovery treatment facility with the vision of enabling clients to live happy, stable lives and return to being productive members of their communities. Our commitment is to help clients achieve recovery using medical, psychosocial and support services. Therapeutics is certified by state, federal and national regulatory bodies and only employs credentialed professionals. Moreover, we insist that clients are treated with respect and flexibility. This position is focused on providing psychosocial services for clients that receive medication to combat addiction to opioids and may experience co-occurring disorders. Candidates should be comfortable with very early hours (6:00 AM starting time). Responsibilities and Duties The specific duties and responsibilities of this position are as follows: Provide screening, assessment, individual and group counseling services for individuals addicted to opioids. Maintain a working knowledge of the American Society of Addiction Medicine manual and the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM -V). Complete intakes for clients within established time frames; including completion of all required documents, Develop Treatment Plans and timely counseling notes for Individual Sessions. Understand and work within The Company's Mission and Policies. Perform other duties as required by state regulatory rules. Understanding of outpatient medical clinic operation preferred Conduct Group Sessions on an assigned basis. Follow all confidentiality guidelines, including HIPAA and 42 CFR. Maintain flexibility with client scheduling, including early hours (6:00 AM starting time). Integrate the company's technology, such as analytics and AI into the service process. Commitment to accelerated learning with a strong desire to support client recovery. Work in junction with OHH Team by assessing treatment needs and providing necessary resources to ensure client's focus is primarily on their recovery.
