Full-Time Bilingual Therapist (Spanish/English) SAFE Psychology and Wellness Center Dearborn, MI Job Details Part-time | Full-time | Contract $52,000 - $65,000 a year 12 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Spanish Teamwork Individual therapy English Social Work Full Job Description Position Overview SAFE Psychology & Wellness Center is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and culturally responsive Bilingual Spanish/English Therapist to join our expanding Crisis Response Program serving Dearborn, Wayne County, and Downriver communities. This full-time position focuses on providing crisis intervention, stabilization services, behavioral health support, and therapeutic care for individuals and families experiencing emotional and psychological distress. Position Type Full-Time Competitive Wages-percentage of insurance premiums received Flexible Scheduling Opportunities Responsibilities Conduct crisis assessments, screenings, and therapeutic interventions Provide individual and family counseling services in office and community-based settings Develop safety plans and stabilization strategies for clients in distress Collaborate with hospitals, schools, law enforcement, and community organizations Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and clinical consultations Connect clients with community resources and ongoing support services Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with Michigan licensing requirements Qualifications Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field Michigan licensure preferred (LMSW, LLMSW, LPC, LLP, TLLP, or equivalent) Fluency in Spanish/English required Experience in crisis intervention, community mental health, or outpatient therapy preferred Strong communication, assessment, and de-escalation skills Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout service areas Preferred Experience Trauma-informed care Suicide risk assessment and safety planning Family systems and multicultural counseling Experience serving diverse and underserved communities What We Offer Competitive compensation Supportive clinical leadership and supervision Professional development opportunities Collaborative, mission-driven work environment Opportunity to help shape an innovative
