Job Description

Make a Difference in the Lives of Children and Families Team Wellness Center is seeking compassionate and motivated Children's Clinical Therapists to join our growing behavioral health team. This role provides the opportunity to work with children, adolescents, and families in a supportive, collaborative environment focused on whole-person care and long-term wellness. We are looking for clinicians who are passionate about helping underserved communities and who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Position Highlights Flexible and supportive work environment Opportunity to work with diverse pediatric populations Integrated behavioral health team approach Professional growth and advancement opportunities Ongoing training and development Meaningful work serving children and families in the community Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments for children and adolescents Provide individual, family, and group therapy services Complete person-centered treatment planning and behavioral plans Provide crisis intervention and support as needed Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, case managers, social workers, and other professionals regarding treatment planning Maintain timely and accurate documentation within the electronic medical record system Monitor member progress and adjust treatment interventions as appropriate Participate in trainings, meetings, and professional development activities Support children with co-occurring mental health and substance use concerns when applicable Qualifications Candidates must possess one of the following: Master's Degree in Social Work with LLMSW or LMSW licensure eligibility Master's Degree in Counseling with LLPC or LPC licensure eligibility
Additional Requirements:
Valid Michigan driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work within community-based settings when needed Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Preferred:
