help you graduate confident, skilled, and ready to lead from day one . ✔ Real clinical experience ✔ Hands-on training in integrated care ✔ Mentorship from experienced professionals ✔ Strong potential for employment upon completion ✔ Possible sign-on bonus with successful completion and contract What You'll Do Provide supervised direct care and support to individuals with mental health needs Conduct assessments and assist in developing individualized treatment plans Apply therapeutic interventions to support healing and growth Participate in crisis intervention and de-escalation when needed Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (medical, dental, behavioral health) Document care accurately in compliance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Co-facilitate group therapy and psychoeducational sessions Who Should Apply Graduate students in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work Approved for practicum/internship before start date Passionate about community mental health and underserved populations Motivated, compassionate, and ready to learn in a fast-paced environment What Makes This Different Most internships teach you theory.
