Job Description

About us EnCourage Counseling LLC is a small business in Holland, MI 49423. We are professional, collaborative and customer-centric.
Our work environment includes:

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR
not an employee. Be in control of your own business in a supportive, collegial environment. We are a systems-oriented, trauma-informed private practice group where you can have flexibility and autonomy. Flexible hours with a minimum of 20 billable hours/week. Must be interested in a collaborative environment with other therapists of diverse backgrounds. Must be interested in trauma-informed treatment. In-person and virtual treatment options. EnCourage Counseling provides dedicated office space, some referrals, on-line scheduling, reasonable clerical support, third party billing, collections, and all expenses related to office/ building maintenance and utilities. Must be fully licensed or able to be fully licensed within 6 months.
MASTERS DEGREE
required Preference will be given to those with advance training/experience with: Counseling children or adolescents. Counseling Couples/Families Trauma trained
