The Michigan Department of Corrections is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Mental Health Professional to join our multi-disciplinary treatment team. This is your opportunity to work inside correctional facilities throughout Michigan, positively impacting lives by conducting comprehensive assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and facilitating empowering groups focused on building the necessary skills for long-term success. Master's Level Licensed Mental Health Professional requirements: We are currently seeking a full-time Qualified Mental Health Professional with a Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling. The ideal candidate will have a valid Michigan license to provide therapy, at least one year of experience, and the ability to pass background screenings and all required health screenings, including drug screening, physical, and 2-step TB. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team are essential for success in this role.

Pay is competitive:

Up to $55/hour Full-time, M-F 8am

QMHP Job Requirements:

Masters Degree Required (Psychologist, Social Worker or Counselor) Candidates must have a valid Michigan license to provide therapy. Credentialing through MCBAP preferred but not required. Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing and utilize an electronic record. ATC Offers our
