Full Job Description Pay:
Starting from $55,000
  • 70,000 Licensed Professional Counselor(LPC)/ Licensed Master Social Worker(LMSW) Healing Haven is a state-of-the-art behavioral clinic supporting children with autism and their families through a collaborative, multidisciplinary model.
Our services include ABA therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, parent training, autism diagnostic testing and assessment, after-school programming, and daytime center-based services. We are seeking an experienced LMSW or LPC to provide counseling and therapy services to children with special needs and their families within a compassionate, team-based clinical environment. What You'll Do Conduct assessment activities related to behavioral and mental health therapy services Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans Complete clinical documentation and insurance-related requirements Maintain accurate records of billable interactions and service hours Provide counseling services to children and families Facilitate psychoeducational workshops for staff and families Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support continuity of care Provide staff support, training, and consultation when appropriate Assist with supervision of practicum students or interns as needed Requirements Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling or Social Work from an accredited institution Active Michigan licensure as an LMSW or LPC Experience working with pediatric populations preferred Knowledge of autism spectrum disorder and related developmental needs Proficiency with EMR systems Knowledge of insurance documentation and therapy authorization requirements Strong communication, professionalism, and collaboration skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries Evening and weekend availability as needed
