Contractual Therapist

Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide outpatient mental health counseling and support to individuals facing various challenges. This role involves utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques, to assess clients needs and treatment goals and to promote emotional well-being and facilitate personal growth. The Therapist will work collaboratively within a clinical setting, engaging with clients to develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique needs. Duties Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide outpatient counseling services utilizing evidence-based practices, including clinical counseling. Implement crisis intervention strategies to support clients in acute distress. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes. Experience A Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work. Open to limited or fully licensed. Previous experience in outpatient settings is preferred but not required, with a strong understanding of mental health counseling techniques. Familiarity with treatment planning is beneficial.
