We are currently seeking a qualified, licensed professional (LADC, ADC-T, or equivalent) to provide substance use and co-occurring mental health services in an outpatient setting.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group therapy, case management, crisis intervention, education, and support to clients Maintain a caseload of up to 16 clients. Caseload usually sits around 10 clients. Document services including initial service plan, comprehensive assessment, individual treatment plan, progress notes, discharge summary, and client records Attend clinical staff meetings Establish and maintain communication with client referrals, probation, social service agencies, etc. Ensure compliance with all 245G program requirements Provide coverage for other counseling staff Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC/ADC-T), or
Dually Licensed:
Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) and Licensed Mental Health Practitioner/Professional (LICSW, LP, LMFT, and LPCC) Must have First Aid/CPR certification or be willing to obtain within 30 days of hire Able to pass Minnesota DHS background study Must have or obtain 12 hours of training in co-occurring mental health training within six months of hire Must be free of problematic substance use for at least the two years immediately preceding employment Proficiency with technology and working knowledge of electronic health record systems, virtual meetings, Outlook emails, and calendars
