The candidate selected for this position may be eligible for a retention bonus of up to $5,000. An initial sum of $2,500 will be paid after the completion of six months in this role, with the balance disbursed after twelve months of service. To qualify for the full bonus, the individual must maintain employment in this position for at least twelve months. The bonus is non-transferable to other roles. Salary Clinician -Fully Licensed Base Salary:
$68,755.06 - $79,611.12/annually The expected compensation range for this position represents a good faith estimate for this position and the specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, experience, and/or FTE. Canvas Health is a non-profit, Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) specializing in serving clients who are on Medicaid. Position Summary This position is responsible for answering phones to triage and determine the need for mobile crisis response, providing diagnostic and crisis assessment, crisis intervention and additional therapeutic services as indicated, as a member of a mobile crisis response team. Services are provided in-home (Mobile Crisis Response), office-based, and telehealth. Location Fridley, MN Schedule 40 hours a week Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm Minimum Qualifications Clinician Possess a master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or Clinical Counseling Possess a current and valid LICSW, LMFT, LP or LPCC Minnesota State Licensure Preferred Qualification Experience working with and/or delivering services to diverse populations Experience delivering either in-home or crisis services Experience with Electronic Health Record systems Canvas Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to creating a diverse workforce.
