Residential Support Staff Work with Teens (Mental Health)

Wings Residential Treatment - Adolescents $15.00-$16.50/hour | Full-time & Part-time Looking for a meaningful job where you can actually make an impact? Wings is hiring Residential Support Staff to work directly with teens navigating mental health and substance use challenges. This is a relationship-based role - you'll be a consistent, positive adult helping clients build skills, stability, and confidence. Some shifts can be challenging - clients may push boundaries or become upset. Staying calm, consistent, and not taking things personally is key to success in this role.

Schedule:

Full-time and part-time available Minimum one weekend shift required Evening shifts: 3:00pm-midnight Day shifts: 6:00am-3:00pm

Requirements:
