Mental Health Professional

A well-established, not-for-profit critical access hospital in west-central Minnesota is seeking a full-time Mental Health Professional to join its integrated Behavioral Health team. This role is based within a collaborative medical environment where behavioral health providers work side-by-side with physicians and other clinicians under one roof. This opportunity is ideal for both experienced clinicians and new graduates looking for a supportive, team-oriented setting with a strong emphasis on quality of care rather than productivity metrics. Compensation is not tied to client contact hours , allowing providers to focus on thoughtful, patient-centered treatment. Position Overview The Mental Health Professional will provide outpatient behavioral health services within an integrated care model. The role includes diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing therapy for a diverse patient population. Patient Population Children (ages 6 and up) Adults Individuals, couples, and families Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide ongoing therapy and counseling services Collaborate with medical and behavioral health colleagues to ensure coordinated care Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Practice independently while contributing to a team-based care environment Schedule & Work Environment Full-time position Flexible scheduling options available, including potential four-day work week Integrated hospital-based outpatient setting Supportive leadership and collaborative culture

Compensation & Benefits Licensed Mental Health Professional:

$30.00 - $45.00 per hour (based on experience)

Unlicensed Mental Health Professional:

$25.50 - $28.00 per hour (based on experience)

Sign-On Bonus:
