We strive to offer a supportive environment for our therapists and encourage a healthy work-life balance. We are seeking therapists passionate about mental health and trauma-informed care. Candidates must hold a master's degree or higher in psychology, social work, or marriage and family therapy, and possess an unrestricted MN license (LPC, LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, or LP).Job duties include:
- Completing diagnostic assessments and treatment plans
- Conducting individual psychotherapy
- Inputting patient data and verifying insurance
- Timely completion of notes and billing
- Managing insurance credentialing A full-time caseload consists of 30-35 clients with an average of 20-24 sessions per week.
