Job Description

Licensed Therapist (Clinical Lead) - $32-$45/hr | Mon-Fri Winona, MN | Full-Time | 8:00am-4:30pm A behavioral health organization in Winona is hiring a Master's level Licensed Therapist to provide direct clinical services and support clinical quality across the program. What You'll Do
  • Provide therapy and clinical services
  • Complete diagnostic assessments and treatment planning
  • Maintain timely documentation and progress notes
  • Support best practices and clinical quality
  • Assist with clinical evaluations/testing as needed Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, MFT, or related field
  • Minnesota license (LPCC, LICSW, LMFT, LP, etc.)
  • Strong clinical documentation and communication skills Preferred
  • Substance use treatment certification Benefits
