What You'll Do Maintain and interact with a caseload of clients with diverse characteristics either in-person or over the phone. Conduct high quality clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in a timely manner. Identify and provide clinical interventions and referrals for clients based on their needs. Empower clients to develop and nurture the knowledge, skills, and support systems crucial to promoting optimal functioning in the community. Continually assess clients for lack of progress, progress, or emergent needs and address those needs clinically. Engage difficult-to-serve clients by investigating all potential resources in order to gain access and make connections. Collect and maintain information about clients and document interactions within ReDiscover's designated electronic medical record. Communicate and collaborate with an internal multi-disciplinary team to address various aspects of wellness and ensure positive communication regarding the coordination of client care. Requirements of the Position Availability to work a full-time schedule of (40-Hour) work week, Monday to Friday - 8:00am to 5:00pm Master's or Doctorate Degree in a social science field (as defined by the Department of Mental Health). Active clinical license in the State of Missouri which includes: Psychologist, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Two (2) years of experience in direct service provision in a mental health setting. Working knowledge of mental illness and substance use disorders. Excellent customer service skills with a recovery focus. Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills. Intermediate computer skills in typing/keyboarding, Microsoft Word and Excel programs as well as the use of email.
