We serve a diverse population of individuals with varied support needs. We have a deep commitment to creative collaboration and are living in a unique time which requires extra compassion and space for healing. We are seeking a fully licensed LCSW and/or LPC to provide individual and group counseling. The scope of those served might include individuals with diagnoses such as anxiety/depression, mood disorder, IDD, physical disability, traumatic brain injury, severe and persistent mental illness, and/or dual diagnosis. This position provides employment with a well established and growing counseling department, with flexibility and self-direction. Caseloads may vary from 15-25 individuals, based on the provider's wishes and schedule. We want to grow as you do. LCSW or LPC License Required. Experience providing counseling to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities a bonus, but not required. Credentialed on Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance panels OR willing to become paneled. Ability to utilize electronic documentation; Simple Practice. Skilled at time management; ability to build, and manage a caseload. Eager to join our amazing team! Sliding pay scale based upon number of hours worked starting at $36.00/hr Expected hours: No less than 15 hours a week after initial caseload building.
