Job Description Compass Counseling Services is currently accepting applications for our counselor position. Duties include providing individual and family counseling for ages 3 and up. Interest in play therapy preferred. We offer in office sessions and telehealth. Our offices are located in Springfield. Fully licensed and provisional candidates are encouraged to apply.
