Center Mental Health Counselor (CMHC)
Job Type:
Full-time, 40hrs/week, between 8am-6pm Monday - Friday (flexible)

Anaconda Job Corps Center - Anaconda, MT The Anaconda Job Corps Center is seeking a Center Mental Health Counselor (CMHC) to provide professional mental health services to Job Corps students. This role is essential in supporting the emotional well-being, personal growth, and success of young adults ages 16-24 enrolled in the program. Why Join Job Corps? Responsibilities:
Provide all labor, materials, and travel necessary to deliver mental health services to students Conduct assessments, counseling sessions, crisis interventions, and referrals as needed Collaborate with center staff to promote a safe, supportive, and healthy environment Develop and implement strategies to address behavioral and emotional challenges Maintain compliance with Job Corps policies, federal guidelines, and professional standards Licensure & Qualifications Must hold a current, valid, unrestricted license in a mental health discipline (e.g., Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Psychologist) License must have no limitations, stipulations, or pending adverse actions License must remain active throughout the contract period Must meet minimum education and experience requirements (waivers possible with Contracting Officer approval) Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills required Experience working with adolescents or young adults preferred
