to work part time (2 days a week) at a skilled nursing facility in Asheboro, North Carolina! We are currently offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus plus a $1,000 referral bonus! Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Provider will see geriatric patients for cognitive testing, dementia and therapy services. Knowledge of clinical work theory and practice, skills in clinical assessment, treatment plan development and implementation, group and individual treatment and case management. Meet weekly with clients for counseling. Provide for clients' needs in an effective, culturally sensitive, professional and ethical manner. Other related duties as deemed necessary by employer or assigned facility.We Require:
Masters degree from an accredited university. Valid and unrestricted licensure in North Carolina as anLCSW/LPC/LMHC/LMFT
in accordance with the regulations of the state. Must be able to meet the credentialing requirements of the employer, Medicare and Medicaid and other payers as deemed necessary.Job Type:
