Master's Level Addiction Counselor (LCAS-R, LCAS-A, LCAS)
Location:
Western Carolina Treatment Center Are you passionate about helping others reclaim their lives from addiction? Western Carolina Treatment Center is seeking a Master's Level Addiction Counselor to join our compassionate and dedicated team. This is a meaningful opportunity to make a direct impact in the lives of individuals on their recovery journey.
Position Summary:
As a Master's Level Addiction Counselor, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care to patients with opioid use disorder. You will manage a caseload, provide therapy, and ensure treatment is delivered in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday:
5:00 AM - 12:30
PM Key Responsibilities:
Provide case management services to assigned patients Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions Conduct patient assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Protect patient confidentiality and uphold HIPAA standards Offer crisis intervention support as needed Coordinate care and refer patients to appropriate community resources
Qualifications:
Licenced Addiction Counselor (LCAS, LCAS-R, LCAS-A) Master's Degree in a Human Services field or Clinical Psychology (required) Strong customer service, organizational, and time management skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening Compassion, professionalism, and a commitment to patient-centered care
