Qualified Professional (QP) - ACTT Team πŸ“ Asheville, NC πŸ’° $24.50 per hour πŸ•’ Full-Time | Monday-Friday Make a Difference in Community Mental Health Pyramid Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Qualified Professional (QP) to join our Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) in Asheville, NC. This position provides community-based services to adults living with serious and persistent mental illness (SPMI), helping individuals achieve recovery goals, improve daily functioning, and maintain stability in the community. As a member of our multidisciplinary ACTT team, you will work directly with clients in their homes and throughout the community, providing support, advocacy, skill-building, and care coordination. What You'll Do Provide community-based mental health services and support to individuals with serious and persistent mental illness. Assist clients in developing skills necessary for independent living and recovery. Coordinate care and collaborate with ACTT team members to implement person-centered treatment plans. Connect clients with community resources and services that support recovery and wellness. Monitor client progress and communicate updates to the treatment team. Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with program standards and regulations. Participate in team meetings, treatment planning, and crisis intervention as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Human Services, or a related field from an accredited college or university. Qualified Professional (QP) status according to
NC 10A NCAC 27G.0104.
Experience working with individuals diagnosed with serious and persistent mental illness preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Why Join Pyramid Healthcare?
