We are seeking ambitious and dedicated NC Licensed Clinicians to join our dynamic clinical team to lead our Family-based crisis team. Why Work With Us? While most services occur in-office, the therapist must be willing to conduct evaluations in community locations such as detention centers, hospitals, and partner agencies. This role is best suited for clinicians who thrive in fast-paced, high-volume settings and enjoy meaningful clinical work with complex populations. This is a critical position designed to be the Program lead for our family-based crisis program. This position may require field visits including the homes of families served through our program.

No Populations Served Children & adolescents (ages 6+) with trauma, behavioral health, and/or substance use disorders Adults with mental health needs, trauma histories, substance use challenges, or reduced capacity Required QualificationsEducation Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field. Licensure (Any of the Following)
LCSW , LCMHC , LPA
, or Associate/Provisional equivalent Must be registered and in good standing with applicable NC licensing boards Preference for fully licensed or dual-licensed clinicians (MH + SUD) Experience 1-3 years of clinical experience preferred Experience working with diverse populations in community-based, outpatient, or integrated settings Strong clinical judgment and ability to navigate systems (schools, courts, hospitals, DSS) Knowledge & Skills Strong working knowledge of the DSM-5 , trauma-informed care, and evidence-based modalities Proficiency in assessments, treatment planning, and therapy delivery Familiarity with Medicaid and managed care documentation Comfort using Electronic Health Records (EHR) Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Clearances & Requirements Criminal background check and drug screening Valid driver's license & reliable transportation (if providing community-based services) CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain upon hire) Core Competencies Culturally competent and able to work with diverse populations Ethical, self-motivated, and committed to high-quality client care Adaptable, organized, and able to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly/salary compensation (based on licensure & experience) Full benefits package , including medical insurance, PTO, holidays, and professional development Free clinical supervision for provisionally licensed staff Support for credentialing, onboarding, and ongoing training Application This position remains open until filled.
