Job Description

Job Summary Writes psychometric notes to keep other clinical personnel informed of patient behavior Administers psychometric assessments Maintains security of testing materials Ensures accuracy, security, and availability of information Observes each patient's behavioral conditions throughout the testing processes Provides observation summaries for each patient Scores evaluations in a standardized manner Performs inventory checks on forms and tools needed prior to conducting tests Debriefs patients regarding test results General Responsibility Participates in monitoring and evaluating the quality and appropriateness of client care. Participates in the interdisciplinary treatment team. Prepares reports and other documents concerning clients. Complies with company and department policies and procedures, quality assurance, safety, environmental, infection control and complies with requirements of accreditation and regulatory agencies. Attends and participates in staff development programs, department related conferences and administrative meetings. Establishes and maintains an appropriate network of professional contacts. Maintains currency with professional organizations and publications. Attends and participates in meetings, conferences, etc. Represents the company and/or unit as assigned. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
Educational Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in one of the following disciplines: Psychology Social Work Clinical Mental Health Counseling Sociology Neuroscience Human Development and Family Studies Special Education Behavioral Science A closely related behavioral health or social science field
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Counseling, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related behavioral health discipline. Individuals currently enrolled in a graduate program in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field are encouraged to apply. Provisionally licensed clinicians, including LCSWA and LCMHCA , are encouraged to apply. Social Work and Clinical Mental Health Counseling practicum students and interns seeking experience in psychological assessment are encouraged to apply.
Experience:
Previous experience administering, scoring, or assisting with psychological, psychoeducational, developmental, or behavioral assessments is preferred but not required. Comprehensive training in psychometric assessment procedures, agency protocols, and testing administration will be provided.
