Job Description

Behavioral & Mental Health Services Impact Home Care Solutions Primary Location:
Wayne County, NC Additional Coverage Areas:
Wilson, Wake, and Pitt Counties Overview Impact Home Care Solutions is expanding its behavioral and mental health support team as the need in our communities continues to grow. ​​​​​​​We're looking for Licensed Therapists and Qualified Professionals (QPs) who are steady in their work, make thoughtful decisions, and understand the importance of showing up consistently for the people who depend on them.
Open Roles:
Licensed Therapist Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor / Associate (LCMHC / LCMHCA) Licensed Clinical Social Worker / Associate (LCSW / LCSWA) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist / Associate (LMFT / LMFTA) For Qualified Professionals (QPs): Bachelor's or Master's degree in a human services or related field Prior experience in behavioral or mental health settings preferred Strong skills in documentation, communication, and client assessment
Work Schedule Options:
Part-Time PRN (as needed) Full-Time opportunities may be available depending on program demands Pay Structure This is a service-based pay structure. Specific compensations details will be discussed during the interview process. What We're Looking For High level of professionalism, dependability, and ethical practice Ability to manage responsibilities independently but stays responsive to team coordination when needed Comfortable delivering support in both community and in-person environments Communicates in a clear, practical way and keeps documentation accurate and up to date Open to travel within assigned areas when needed Must be eligible for rehire with previous employers (if applicable) Service Delivery Settings Virtual (telehealth) sessions (when applicable) Client homes and community environments Residential or program-based settings (when applicable) Why Join Our Team?
