The Kellin Foundation is a nonprofit behavioral health organization based in Greensboro, North Carolina, dedicated to strengthening resilience among children, families, adults, and communities through trauma-informed services focused on prevention, treatment, and healing. Through counseling, peer support, wraparound services, community education, and the Kellin Foundation Hope Hub, the organization works to provide earlier and easier access to mental health and substance use support across Guilford County.
Job Description:
The Kellin Foundation is seeking full-time and part-time Clinicians to provide trauma-informed mental health services for children, adolescents, adults, and families across Guilford County. Services may be provided at the Kellin Foundation Hope Hub, partner locations, schools, or other community-based settings to help reduce barriers to care. Clinicians will provide assessments, individual and group therapy, maintain clinical documentation, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and support clients receiving grant-funded, Medicaid, insurance-based, and sliding fee scale services.
Responsibilities include:
Providing individual and group therapy services Completing assessments and maintaining timely documentation Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and community partners Participating in outreach, trainings, and agency meetings Supporting trauma-informed, client-centered care across a variety of settings
Qualifications:
Licensed or provisionally licensed in North Carolina in a mental health or related clinical field Experience working with a wide range of ages and presenting concerns preferred Trauma-informed care experience preferred Substance use experience or dual licensure a plus Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team Benefits may include paid time off, health insurance, retirement contributions, professional development opportunities, and supervision support for eligible clinical staff based on position and employment status.
