Weekend Residential Counselor - 3-Day Workweek | Weekdays Off | Flexible Schedule Greensboro/Jamestown, NC Weekend-Only Opportunities Available Every Weekend or Every Other Weekend Options Make a Difference While Enjoying a Flexible Schedule A nationally accredited Level III Residential Treatment Program is seeking dependable, professional, and motivated individuals to work with adolescent males ages 11-18 in a structured therapeutic environment. This position is ideal for individuals seeking a concentrated work schedule, meaningful work, and additional opportunities for hours based on program needs. Schedule OptionsOption 1 - Extended Weekend Assignment (Friday-Sunday) Work Friday through Sunday and enjoy every Monday through Thursday off. Available on an every weekend or every other weekend basis.

Compensation:

Negotiated biweekly salary based on qualifications, experience, reliability, availability, and assigned responsibilities. Option 2 - Traditional Weekend Shifts Work scheduled 12-hour shifts on weekends.

Schedules may include:

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Saturday and Sunday only Every weekend Every other weekend

Compensation:

Hourly rate based on qualifications and experience. Option 3 - Extended Weekend Assignment (Saturday-Sunday) Designed for individuals unavailable on Fridays but able to provide consistent weekend coverage. Available on an every weekend or every other weekend basis.

Additional Hours Available Additional weekday shifts may be available based on program needs and employee availability. Position Responsibilities Provide active supervision of residents Maintain safety, structure, and accountability Prepare and cook meals for residents Assist with daily routines, recreation, and activities Support behavioral interventions and treatment goals Complete required documentation and shift reports Assist with transportation when assigned Respond appropriately to emergencies and crisis situations Maintain professionalism and program standards What We Need High School Diploma or GED required Experience working with youth preferred Residential, behavioral health, juvenile justice, or human services experience preferred Valid driver's license preferred Ability to pass required background screenings Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment Important Expectations Applicants must be able to: Prepare meals for residents Independently manage and maintain control of an assigned shift Supervise residents and enforce program expectations Complete documentation accurately and on time Respond appropriately to emergencies and behavioral incidents Maintain a safe, structured, and professional environment If it is not documented, it did not occur.
