─────────────────────────────── Provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families using evidence-based approaches (EFT, ACT, CBT, and others) Help clients improve communication, manage conflict, and strengthen relationships Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of sessions and treatment plans Collaborate with other clinicians and community partners as needed Participate in ongoing training and supervision ─────────────────────────────── WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
─────────────────────────────── Master's degree or higher in Counseling, MFT, Social Work, Psychology, or related field Fully licensed or actively pursuing licensure in NC (LMFT/A, LCMHC/A, LCSW/A, or equivalent) Minimum 1 year of experience providing therapy to individuals and/or couples Strong interpersonal skills, professional dependability, and a client-centered approach Commitment to ongoing learning and clinical excellence ─────────────────────────────── SCHEDULE

─────────────────────────────── Full-time, fully licensed clinicians can earn $65,000-$85,000+ annually (W-2), based on experience, licensure, and caseload.
