Job Description

Qualified Professional, Community Support Team (CST) At Pride in North Carolina, LLC, we are built on honesty, integrity, respect, and kindness. Pride in North Carolina, LLC is seeking a Qualified Professional to join our Community Support Team and provide direct and indirect services to adults with mental health needs.
Position Summary:
The CST Qualified Professional works as part of a team to plan, coordinate, and monitor services, ensuring continuity and quality care for persons served.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and monitor person-centered plans. Provide supportive counseling and crisis management. Assist with vocational, housing, and other basic needs. Document services accurately in the information system. Participate in team meetings and clinical training events.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a human services field and two years of experience with the mental health population. Non-human services degree may qualify with four years of mental health experience.
