Licensed Mental Health Provider or Licensed Social Worker (or license-eligible in Nebraska) Strong clinical and relationship-building skills Comfortable working with high-acuity and complex cases On-site Compassionate, flexible, and team-oriented Creative thinker and strong problem-solver Open to rural life and meaningful work
