We are seeking a high-energy, adaptable professional who enjoys a variety of responsibilities and is passionate about supporting employee well-being. Position Overview This role provides confidential Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services to employees and their family members. The position offers a dynamic mix of counseling, consultation, and collaboration with organizational leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide confidential EAP counseling services, including: Initial assessments Short-term counseling and problem-solving Crisis intervention Referrals and follow-up care Deliver assessment, counseling, and coaching to help employees make behavioral changes and improve overall well-being Collaborate with managers and human resource professionals to address employee concerns Provide crisis management consultation and response Work collaboratively with a team of EAP professionals

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field Licensure or provisional licensure as an LMHP or LCSW in the

State of Nebraska Schedule:
