In this role you are responsible for providing clinical oversight and leadership to a team of behavioral health professionals. This involves individual and group supervision, ensuring the delivery of high quality, evidence-based care to patients/clients/members while maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and supervision for mental health clinicians and interns, including hiring, scheduling, training, performance management, and professional development. Oversee clinical service delivery by ensuring high-quality patient care, effective treatment planning, case consultation, crisis response, and adherence to evidence-based practices. Monitor and improve quality assurance processes through documentation review, regulatory compliance, risk management, accreditation standards, and operational problem-solving. Foster collaboration with healthcare providers, community partners, employers, schools, and other stakeholders while promoting mental health services through outreach, consultation, and education. Support departmental goals by monitoring client outcomes, clinician productivity, and satisfaction metrics, while providing direct clinical services and crisis intervention as needed.

This is a salary position and starts at $77,293.35 a year and may increase based on work history/experience.
Job Requirements:
Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field 5 years of experience working in a mental health setting Supervisory experience preferred Nebraska Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (LMHP) in good standing required Nebraska Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP) preferred Clinical expertise Mental health disorders, diagnostic criteria, and treatment modalities Proficiency in evidence-based practices and therapeutic interventions Strong clinical judgement and decision-making skills Mental health law and ethics (federal and state laws and regulations) Ethical principles and guidelines for mental health Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills Strong organizational and time management skills, including ability to multitask and prioritize tasks Ability to provide excellent customer service Excellent management and leadership skills Ability to work with a diverse range of individuals and teams Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills Knowledge of electronic medical records and
