Pediatric Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC / LCSW / LPC) - Join Our Growing Behavioral Health Team! We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LCSW, LPC) to join our growing behavioral health team at Homeside Rehab in Omaha, NE. About the
Role:
As a Pediatric Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will provide evidence-based mental health services to pediatric and adolescent patients in their homes throughout Nebraska.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments for children and adolescents Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and evidence-based practices Providing individual and family therapy using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, mindfulness-based approaches, and solution-focused therapy Collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team, including social workers and other healthcare professionals Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with ethical and legal standards Participating in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development opportunities Adhering to all ethical guidelines and professional standards of practice
Job Qualifications:
Master's degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution Active Nebraska State LMHC, LCSW, or LPC license in good standing — required Experience providing therapy services to children and adolescents — required Strong assessment, diagnostic, and treatment-planning skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with children and families Ability to work independently in a home health environment Minimum 2 years of clinical experience providing direct therapy services preferred
