Earning is not capped. 75cents of every dollar goes back to the providers at Lifespan in the form of compensation, support, training, and administrative systems. Licensed clinicians can earn $85,000+ in annual pay

Access supervision, clinical consultation, and a clinical library. All staff are provided a path to training in brain-body modalities like EMDR, Brainspotting or other somatics based treatments.

4 or 5 day work weeks options
Community Impact :
Leverage competitive insurance contracts and on-staff medication management, reputation, and presence. What You'll Do 25/ 48: staff therapists are responsible for 25 billed sessions a week, and 48 hour documentation entry. Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy to clients in a supportive, multidisciplinary outpatient clinic. Assess, diagnose, and treat clients with mental health needs, and join a team focused on great talk therapy techniques with added expertise in EMDR, Brainspotting, or somatics focused modalities. Collaborate with the treatment team, maintaining timely clinical progress notes and records (with admin support to streamline documentation). Participate in supervision, consultation, staff meetings, and team-building events to learn, teach, and grow. Master's degree in Counseling, or related field.
Valid Nebraska license:
Provisional LMHP, LMHP, LIMHP, or LCSW (or actively applying). Training or interest in being trained in brain-based therapies (EMDR, Brainspotting), child/adolescent development, DBT. Skills + Mindset Desires a W2 employee atmosphere and i ntends to grow with the company Thrives in a high-trust collaborative, team-oriented setting with a passion for learning and growth. Strong clinical expertise and commitment to life long learning and ethical care Excellent communication, time management, and documentation skills. Details Education :
Master's degree ( required ).
License/Certification :
P/LMHP, LMHP, LIMHP, or LCSW in Nebraska.
