Full Job Description Description:
We are seeking dedicated mental health clinicians to join us at an expanding Bodhi Counseling Services in our Bedford, New Hampshire office. As a Mental Health Clinician, you will play a vital role on our clinical teams in providing mental health counseling services to people from all walks of life. Your responsibilities will include conducting psychotherapy sessions for various mental health concerns such as PTSD, anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and have experience in the mental health field, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
Conducting intake interviews and psychological assessments Diagnosing mental health disorders Developing treatment plans Providing individual, group, or family therapy Educating clients about mental health conditions and treatment options Monitoring treatment progress and making adjustments as needed Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers Advocating for clients and connecting them with resources Providing case management services, such as coordinating appointments and referrals
Requirements:
Master's degree from an accredited institution in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or Clinical Social Work required. NH Licensure preferred in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or Clinical Social Work, but will consider pre-license candidates; licensure eligibility required. Cultural competence, particularly around gender-related issues, required. Familiarity with various psychotherapy techniques and interventions preferred, but we are willing to train. Proficiency in clinical documentation preferred, but we are willing to train.
