Job Description

Peer Support Specialist - MC Hospital Liaison (Conway, NH) Northern Human Services - Conway, NH $19.59/hour • 35 hours/week • 4pm -11pm Monday through Friday-Full Benefits Help make a difference in your community by supporting individuals experiencing a mental health or substance use crisis . As part of Northern Human Services' Rapid Response Team , you'll work both in the Memorial Hospital ER and out in the community, offering compassion, stability, and hope to those in need.
What You'll Do:
Support individuals in crisis through peer connection and recovery-focused care. Partner with nurses, doctors, and clinicians in the ER to provide compassionate assistance. Deploy with a teammate to meet clients in the community as part of the Rapid Response Team. Use your lived experience, CPSS or CRSW training (or comparable experience), to guide clients toward treatment and recovery resources.
