Job Description:
We are seeking an Outpatient Mental Health Clinician to join our team! The individual in this key position will provide therapy and support services to adults experiencing emotional and mental health challenges with the opportunity to serve diverse populations including Veterans, couples and community members. This clinician will deliver evidence-based, person centered care in an outpatient setting, helping clients work towards an improved quality of life.Additional responsibilities include:
Deliver individualized, person - centered treatment, guided by evidence-based practices within a therapeutic environment. Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations. Diagnose and treat mental health disorders using evidence-based practices. Provide crisis interventions and safety planning as needed. Deliver culturally responsive and trauma informed care. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with agency policies. Monitor and evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Maintain awareness of ethical and HIPAA - compliant practices and discuss with supervisor if concerns arise. Collaborate with team members for case consultation and treatment planning support. Maintain 65% billable hours to meet utilization expectations.Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or related field Licensed or licensed eligible, as an LICSW or LCMHC Couples counseling experience preferred Minimum two (2) years' experience providing therapy services in an outpatient mental health setting preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportationCompensation:
Starting 68,640 annually, with additional compensation based upon experience, education and licensure.Hours:
